Roadies XX Runner Up Accuses Makers Of Favouritism, Claims Elvish Yadav Never Prioritised Him

Roadies XX may have crowned its winner, but the drama is far from over. First runner-up Hartaaj Gill has opened up about his disappointment in an explosive interview with TOI TV. He didn’t mince words while calling out the show for being biased and claimed the finale was designed to favour winner Kushal Tanwar aka Gullu.

While Gullu lifted the trophy, Hartaaj says he felt sidelined throughout the season. And when it came to the final task, he believes the odds were never in his favour.

Hartaaj began his journey in the gang Elvish but later shifted to the gang Prince Narula. According to him, that move changed everything. 

He said, “For Elvish sir, Gullu was his number one priority and that’s okay. However, when I went to Gang Prince, I felt better because I was recognised there and my work was seen. Prince sir chose me over Mannu because he knew my hunger for the game is more.”

He hinted that being with Elvish felt like being ignored. In contrast, with Prince, he finally felt seen.

The biggest blow came during the final task. Hartaaj didn’t hold back when sharing how it felt rigged. He asked, “Why was it such a small task? We were told that there will be a puzzle that we need to solve at the end, but they removed it at the last moment because they knew Gullu won’t be quick in that. The task was designed in a way that he can win it. It’s so unfair.”

He also questioned why Gullu was allowed to view his performance while he wasn’t shown anything. He said, “The show wanted Gullu to win, and that’s why they planned it all. I’m very disappointed. I feel extremely bad because it’s just so unfair. This shouldn’t have happened.”

Fans on social media have shared similar thoughts, with many backing Hartaaj and slamming the show’s decision-making.

Amid the finale fallout, Hartaaj also addressed the cold war brewing between Prince Narula and Elvish Yadav. He said, “The two are mature enough to sort things out between them. I know things have gotten worse, but I don’t think anyone should go on any podcast being like ‘this gang leader’ or ‘that gang leader’ doesn’t deserve to be on the show.”

Talking about the show, Roadies XX finale took place recently with Gullu aka Kushal Tanwar lifting the trophy and Rs 10 lakh prize money.
