Mass Jathara Teaser: Telugu Superstar Ravi Teja Returns in Vintage Mass Maharaja Style

Hyderabad (India) August 11: The teaser of Telugu superstar Ravi Teja's next film Mass Jathara has been finally released today. The fans were expecting it to be a proper “Mass Maharaja” film, and yes, they are not disappointed as it is a perfect “Mass Maharaja “film. It stars Ravi Teja and Sreeleela in leading roles. The commercial entertainer is written and directed by Bhanu Bogavarapu. It is all set for a grand worldwide release on 27 August. 

The 1-minute-35-second teaser captures Ravi Teja in his classic massy avatar. He dons the police cap, takes down villains, twirls his moustache, carries a Komodo dragon on his shoulder, dances to catchy tunes, cracks jokes with veteran actor Rajendra Prasad, and romances Sreeleela. 

Ravi Teja shared the teaser on X with the caption, “Serving up a full-meals mass entertainment feast this time. Enjoy the Mass Jathara Teaser!” The production banner, Sithara Entertainments, wrote, “Bada entertainment wala aagaya. A full on MASSive dhamaka is gearing up for August 27th.”

Fans of the superstar are all excited. One comment read, “Vintage raviteja nu chustunamu no doubt bomma block buster….” Another one wrote, “Actor + Dancer +Singer + Global Star + Craze Kaa Baap + Motivater + Handsome + A man with Diamond heart = RT Sir.” A third one commented, “Esari block buster confirm vintage mass maharaj is back.” Another one commented, “Ee saari block buster koduthunnam.”

Written and directed by Bhanu Bogavarapu, the film also stars Rajendra Prasad in a crucial role. It is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, with music by Bheems Ceciroleo. With early song releases receiving a mixed response. However, Sreeleela — who made waves with her energetic dance numbers in Ravi Teja’s Dhamaka — aims to bounce back after recent box office setbacks.

Ravi Teja is looking to reclaim his box office dominance after his last few films — Ravanasura, Tiger Nageshwar Rao, Eagle, and Mr. Bachchan — underperformed. With Mass Jathara, produced by Naga Vamsi, the star hopes to deliver the action-comedy magic that made him a household name.

Mass Jathara is all set for a theatrical release on 27 August. If the teaser is anything to go by, fans and audiences can expect a full proper, high-energy action, humour, elevation scenes and masala entertainment.
