After being seen together multiple times, there were rumours that Pratibha and Sparsh were dating. During an Instagram Ask Me Anything session, Pratibha responded, “No, of course not.” Sparsh added, “Yaar, ek ladka aur ladki sirf dost bhi ho sakte hain,” which means, “A guy and a girl can just be friends.”

In a video posted by Netflix India, Pratibha and Sparsh can be seen dancing to the song Saiyaan Hatto Jaao from ‘Heeramandi’. The text on the video says, “Kuchh nahi bhai bas Phool ko dhundne jaa rahe hain,” referring to the character from their film. The video was captioned, “Hatto jao, we’re looking for Sajni.”
