The pre-wedding ceremonies of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have started. The festivities started with a traditional Gujarati ceremony called Mameru. It was followed by Garba night, an extravagant Sangeet ceremony, a grih shanti pooja and yesterday, meaning on Monday, the couple celebrated their Haldi ceremony. The couple is all set to get married on 12th July, 2024 at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. Celebrities were seen leaving covered in Haldi. Some of the celebs who attended the ceremony are listed below.
Sara Ali Khan
Sara was seen wearing a lehenga by Mayyur Girotra. It was a Jamdani lehenga embroidered with resham threads, mirrors, tilla and gota. It was paired with patola dupatta with sequins and mirrors. For the hair she choose to keep it in a messy pont-tail. The jewellery she wore was extravagant.
Janhvi Kapoor
Janhvi wore a yellow saree paired with minimal jewellery. The blouse was embroidered and had full sleeves. The saree was also embroidered. Her toned body made the saree look more beautiful that it was. She chose to keep her hair open for the ceremony.
Ananya Pandey
Ananya Pandey was seen wearing an Anarkali dress for the haldi ceremony. She paired the look with heavy earrings and a maang tika. She chose a bun with white flowers for the hairstyle.
Arjun Kapoor
Arjun wore a red sherwani with white flared trousers for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s Haldi Ceremony. He paired it with a brown-hue mojaris.
Orhan Awatramani
Orhan, also known as Orry, was seen in a pista coloured Kurta with a designer Nehru jacket and white trousers. You will be shocked to read that he paired the attire with a pair of crocs.
Veer Pahariya
Veer Pahariya was the best dressed when talking about men during the haldi ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Veer was wearing a pastel purple kurta paired with embroidered pastel purple Nehru jacket and white trouser. He wore a huge elephant brooch and a dark purple pocket square. He completed the look with a pair of mojaris.
Ranveer Singh
The celebrities were seen leaving the haldi function covered with haldi. Of them all, Ranveer Singh looked like he had a lot of fun during the function. Ranveer was spotted with turmeric all over him from head to toe. He was wearing a yellow kurta which also had turmeric stains.
