Stree 2 is coming soon, shraddha kapoor and Rajkumar Rao to start the shoot!

13th March, Mumbai: The 2017 released movie Stree which starred Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao became a box-office hit with a total collection of ₹125 crores is coming back with its second part. The movie Stree was a horror comedy movie which made horror comedy a major part of mainstream genre . Now an exclusive news came into light regarding the sequel of the movie which was confirmed by the sources that Amar kaushik and Dinesh vijan is going to direct Stree 2 and the shooting of the movie will start soon from July 2023 onwards. And the star cast will be none other than shraddha kapoor and Rajkumar Rao.

After 6 years of  the release of this amazing movie the Maddock office in khar is ready to bring the movie on the floor very soon.  The person very close to the development talked to the media and said “Stree is a game changer for everyone at Maddock and at this point in time, all the energies are invested to come up with an experience better than the first film. The script is almost locked and work is in progress on the dialogue draft. Stree 2 moves into the pre-production stage by April and the makers are targeting to take it on floors from July this year”.

The source also added that shraddha kapoor and Rajkumar Rao will be performing bigger adventures in the next part.

Sources further mentioned “Apart from the two leads, Stree 2 will also have a special appearance of Varun Dhawan as Bhediya. Stree 2 would be the first film where characters of the horror universe start jumping into each other’s narrative.  While Bhediya also had a brief appearance from Stree team, it was merely in the end credit sequence and not a part of screenplay,”
