"Shahid & Kareena's IIFA 2025 Reunion Gives Jab We Met Fans All The vibe

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India] March 08: During the press conference on Saturday at IIFA 2025 in Jaipur, Shahid Kapoor & Kareena Kapoor Khan got back together sharing warm embraces and a pleasant conversation. Fans, particularly those who adore their iconic efficiency as Geet and Aditya from "Jab We Met," felt drawn to their previous co-stars and past partners. 

The ‘Jab We Met’ duo, who won hearts with their chemistry in the 2007 blockbuster, have remembered cherished by fans, where the film celebrating its 26th anniversary this year. Shahid's portrayal of Aditya Kashyap and Kareena's Geet left a long lasting impact on audiences, making it a cute classic.

Kareena previously talked about her experience taking the part of Geet in an interview with Mid-Day. She revealed that she had been jobless for more than a year, had turned away major motion pictures, and had been first nervous about Jab We Met.

 "I was actually without work," Kareena said. Since I was turning down big-budget movies, I hadn't worked for a year and a half. I hadn't received the type of movie I needed. Since the films weren't working I decided to take a break. Shahid was called up by Imtiaz Ali, who then described the movie. Given that Imtiaz just released Socha Na Tha, we didn't even know him.

Kareena is currently in Jaipur for IIFA 2025, where she will remember her legendary grandfather, Raj Kapoor, as she performs on stage at the main event. Some famous faces have already met during the star-studded weekend, and fans are excitedly awaiting more memorable experiences.
