The teaser gave a first look at the divine story without revealing the looks of the characters. The cast confirmed in the glimpse are Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Yash as Ravana, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman.

Fans couldn’t stop praising the Hollywood-level VFX and the epic music, created by Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, this two-part film is already grabbing huge attention.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra and Yash, Ramayana is being made on a massive Rs 835 crore budget. Part 1 is set to release on Diwali 2026, and Part 2 will follow in Diwali 2027. Both will release globally in IMAX.

The VFX work is being done by DNEG, the Oscar-winning studio, so fans can expect world-class visuals.
