The movie starred Varun Dhawan and was a remake of the South Indian film Theri. According to Rajpal, one reason for the failure was that many people had already seen the original movie 'Theri.'

Rajpal Yadav explained that the story of Baby John was good, but it was not new for the audience. People who had watched Theri did not feel excited to see the same story again. He also said that while the movie tried its best, it did not match the expectations of the viewers.

Despite this, Rajpal Yadav appreciated Varun Dhawan for his hard work and positive attitude. He said that Varun took the failure with maturity. Instead of feeling upset, Varun accepted it as part of his learning. Rajpal believes that success and failure are part of an actor's journey, and Varun understands this very well.

Rajpal also said that Varun is a talented actor who has given many hit films. He feels Varun will come back stronger and not
