By November 12 morning, the veteran actor was discharged from the hospital. But soon, another shocking incident surfaced. A video recorded inside the ICU went viral, showing Dharmendra on a hospital bed surrounded by his emotional family.

In the clip, the actor looked unconscious. His sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol stood beside him. His grandsons, Karan Deol and Rajveer Deol, were also seen, along with his first wife, Prakash Kaur, sitting near him. The video deeply upset fans, who felt the family’s privacy had been invaded.

After Dharmendra’s discharge, the Deol family released a statement requesting privacy. It read, “Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. We kindly request the media and the public to refrain from any further speculation and to respect his and the family’s privacy during this time. We appreciate everyone’s love, prayers, and good wishes for his continued recovery, good health, and long life. Please respect him because he loves you.”

Despite the family’s appeal, paparazzi continued to gather outside the Deols’ home in Mumbai. On Thursday morning, Sunny Deol stepped out and expressed his frustration. Folding his hands, he told the photographers, “Aap logon ko sharam aani chahiye, aapke ghar mein ma-baap hai. Aapke bachche hain, sharam nahi aati?"
