Babbar family Feud: Prateik Babbar Raises Eyebrows by Not Inviting Father to Wedding

15th February 2025, Mumbai- Again, the Babbar family drama is at the center of attention. This time, it's all about who wasn't invited to Prateik Babbar and Priya Banerjee's wedding. While the newlyweds are enjoying their happiness, Prateik's half-brother Aarya Babbar has spoken out about how upset he is that he was left out of the party. But Aarya says what hurt the most was that their experienced actor father, Raj Babbar, was left out, which he says was an insult to Prateik's late mother, Smita Patil.

Aarya was very emotional in a recent interview. He said, "Main iss hadd tak kehta hoon ki theek hai hamari maa Naadira ko nahi bulana chahte the woh, for whatever reason..." I'll believe him even if he's not sure. Okay, he didn't want to invite my sister Juuhi or me. But he should have at least invited his father, who Smita maa loved. For those who don't know much about the Babbar family, Prateik is the son of Raj Babbar and the late star Smita Patil. After that, Raj married actress Nadira Babbar. They have two kids together, Aarya and Juuhi. Even though Prateik has always had a good bond with his mother, things have been tough with his father and half-siblings.

Aarya also said that Prateik had grown distant from his family over the past few months. Hearing about the wedding, he was asked if his family had tried to get in touch. "It doesn't matter if we did or not," he said, "because for the past few months he has decided not to answer anyone's calls, for whatever reason." It is really hurtful.”

He also thought that Prateik's choice might be affected by outside factors, stating, "Pata nahi, kuchh log usko overpower kar rahe hain, ya pata nahi kya ho gaya."
