Actor-Designer Masaba Gupta’s Star-Studded Baby Shower

Indian actress Sonam Kapoor threw an intimate baby shower for her friend Masaba Gupta. Masaba, an Indian fashion designer and actress was seen in an elegant attire along with her husband Satyadeep Mishra.

Masaba’s Pregnancy Announcement

Known for her vibrant designs and quirky outfits, Masaba Gupta announced her first pregnancy along with Satyadeep Mishra on April 18, 2024. In a joint post with Satyadeep, Masaba shared series of photos indicating that the duo is expecting their first child. Masaba with the photos wrote, “In other news – Two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings and banana chips (plain salted ONLY) #babyonboard #mom&dad.”

The Baby Shower

Sonam Kapoor threw a star-studded baby shower for her close friend Masaba Gupta. Along with Sonam, her sister Rhea Kapoor and chef Pooja Dhingra were also the hosts of the baby shower. Apart from the exquisite function, the food was also very lavish with live burger station, pasta, chicken brioche and many more items on the menu. The theme of the baby shower was biscuit and caramel.

The baby shower had many fun moments that were shared on Instagram by many attendees. One of the moment was when to-be-mother Masaba was seen giving a speech during the baby shower. Masaba’s mother Neena Gupta made fun of his son-in-law Satyadeep in a light hearted way and said, “I told him not to wear jeans. White pant pehen leta (He could have worn white pants).” On this statement all the attendees were seen laughing out loud.
