Tim David

Tim David is a Singaporean and Australian cricketer. He is a right-hand lower-order batter and is known for his six-hitting abilities. He played for the Singapore national cricket team between 2019 and 2020, before switching allegiance to Australia in 2022. He was part of the Australian team's squad for the 2022 T20 World Cup. He has played for various Twenty20 franchise teams. He made his international debut for Singapore in July 2019 and played 14 T20Is, making his debut for Australia in 2022 against India. He is currently playing for the Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore. Tim recently made headlines as he became the fastest Australian to score a T20 century. he smashed the century in just 37 balls.

Timothy Hays David was born in Singapore to Rod David, a cricketer who played for Singapore at the 1997 ICC Trophy. The family moved to Singapore from Australia in the 1990s, where his father worked as an engineer. They moved back to Australia when he was two years old in the wake of the 1997 Asian financial crisis, and he grew up in Perth.

Tim began his international journey by representing Singapore in T20 World Cup qualifiers in 2019 before switching allegiance to Australia in 2022 and making his Australian T20I debut against India in September of that year.
